Your Cell Regeneration operates at the intersection of regenerative medicine and modern wellness, offering stem cell banking and regenerative care services built around cellular health.
Their platform needed to carry a patient from first impression through assessment, intake, and ongoing care: a public site that explained the science with credibility, plus a secure portal that handled the operational flow behind it. RST designed and built both.
The Challenge
Regenerative medicine is a category where trust decides everything. The company needed a public face that communicated clinical credibility without reading like a hospital, and a backend that could handle eligibility checks, intake, and product ordering without friction.
The existing experience scattered these steps across forms, emails, and phone calls. Patients had no single place to see where they were in the process.
The Build
We defined the brand system and designed a light, airy site around it: biotechnology-inspired visuals, deep blues, glowing cellular imagery, and a card-driven layout that guides visitors from understanding stem cell banking to starting their intake in a few clicks.
Behind the public site sits a patient portal that manages the intake journey, and an e-commerce pipeline for product ordering with live shipping rate calculation and compliant checkout. The whole flow is one system, not a chain of disconnected tools.
Ongoing Partnership
The platform continues to evolve with the business: carrier integrations, payment processing, and portal features are added as the company expands its service lines. RST operates as the ongoing technical team behind the product.
